Overview:
DENO International Education Consultant LLC. is a leading professional institution in Philadelphia to promote Global Education. Also, we strive to facilitate American high schools, universities, and colleges, or other educational organizations to promote partnership opportunities in Asian countries. We are looking for several staff members with experience in school admissions or education-related business development. We welcome those with an innovative mindset and an entrepreneurial approach to education.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify, research, prioritize, and develop new potential school and organization partners to meet with growing market demands from Asian Countries
- Present, promote and sell services/programs using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers and partner organizations
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by planning and ensuring all required tasks are completed on time
- Develop, setup and coordinate marketing email campaigns, including nurture campaigns
- Create and post content for social media channels (official website, Facebook, Twitter, Blog)
- Develop promotional events and materials, ensuring presentations, websites and materials are all up-to-date
- Identify, research, prioritize, and develop new potential school and organization partners to meet with growing market demands from Asian Countries
- Work with partners to ensure marketing information is correct
- Update and maintain marketing calendar and lead generation report
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Other duties as assigned
- Qualifications/Skill Sets:
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education or related field
- Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment with aptitude and passion to learn new competencies and skills
- Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with team members and stakeholders at all levels, in a positive and team-affirming manner
- Strong self-management skills, including the ability to manage time and workload against priorities and objectives
- Demonstrated ability to respond to changing and sometimes ambitious directives
- Proficient in MS office
- Bilingual in Chinese/English a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
