- Marketing Design Coordinator
Reports to: Creative Director
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Marketing Design Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our Creative Director to design and coordinate various marketing initiatives. This full-time position has a key role in website management, email marketing, social media content creation/management, photoshoot assisting, and ensuring our sales team has the necessary resources to effectively market our companies.
WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with management and marketing team.
- Assist Creative Director with in-season planning, calendar management for assigned channels and campaign creation.
- Assist in the development and execution of all marketing initiatives, including email marketing.
- Assist with the development and design of engaging content for social platforms.
- Content creation and editing of written, video, and photo for social media.
- Attend select events and produce live social media content.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Maintain and update the company's photography library with file management and sourcing, ensuring high-quality visuals for marketing initiatives.
- Support marketing team with on-site photoshoots.
- Coordinate and assist with seasonal showroom designs.
- Other duties may be assigned.
THE KNOWLEDGE YOU BRING
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of design or marketing experience.
- Proven ability producing designs for various types of media (website, social, print).
- Demonstrated proficiency in web design and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
- Customer-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to take ownership of a project's outcome.

PAY/BENEFITS
- This role will pay an hourly rate of $25.00 ($50k) to $28.00 ($60k).
- Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and location.
- Work a 40-hour work week with a set, but flexible schedule, i.e. 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., etc.
- Overtime pay or weekly hour trade-off for all on-site after hours scheduling.
