Job Description:
We are currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Assistant to join our team. This position requires someone who is organized, adept at multitasking, possesses excellent communication skills, and is proficient in balancing financial records. The ideal candidate will have an interest in physical fitness and be familiar with chiropractic medicine and sports recovery practices.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Process payments and balance the daily checkbook
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks and office operations as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of chiropractic medicine and sports recovery practices is desirable
- Proficiency in basic accounting and ability to balance financial records
- Availability to work evenings and mornings as specified
- Interest in physical fitness and wellness is a plus
- Familiarity with social media platforms and willingness to assist with business page management
- Flexible schedule willing to work some evenings and weekends
