Part-time
We are looking for a experienced Front Desk Agent with good customer service skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent at a nationally branded mid-scale hotel strongly desired or respectable level of experience in a customer service related field utilizing computer systems or purchase of sale systems.
- Must be well groomed and presentable.
- Must be a confident person with friendly, outgoing personality.
- Must have good customer service skills and good communications skills. Spanish skills would be helpful, but not a requirement.
- Must have good phone etiquette.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and/or hotel property management systems (PMS systems).
- Must be a RELIABLE person and able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, evenings, etc.
- Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision with a self starter mentality.
- Must be a quick learner.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

- Weekends as needed

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Hotel Experience: 2 years (Required)
- Front Desk: 2 years (Required)
