Our fast growing psychiatric practice is seeking a Part Time (2-3 days/week) Medical Receptionist/administrator. Responsibilities include scheduling patients, insurance calls, medical billing (training will be provided) and some Front Desk duties. Medical office experience preferred. Excellent for New grad seeking health care administration experience. Multilingual a plus but not required. Must be an excellent communicator, computer skills required, excellent team playing skills required and willing to learn and grow.
Possibilities of working 1 day a week from home available after 90 days. Experience preferred but training will be provided. Start date is ASAP. College graduate/degree a plus. Excellent growth opportunity for aspiring medical/nursing student or intern.
Starting hours: 16-20 hrs a week with possibility of more hours in the near future.
