Hours vary between weekend shifts and weekday evening shifts.
We will be holding two hiring events where we will be interviewing applicants in person at the studio. Friday, March 22, 4-6:30pm and Saturday, March 23, 1:30-4pm. Location: 211 N Ann St, Lancaster.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage student accounts and class rosters on a daily basis.
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Count inventory.
- Maintain a list of in-stock supplies on a weekly basis.
- Refill supplies daily as needed.
- Manage all appointments (parties, private lessons & studio rentals) on a daily basis.
- Send end of shift emails to Studio Manager after completing end of shift tasks.
- Greet & check in each student for class as soon as they walk in the door.
- Maintain & organize all computer files.
- Ring out purchases.
- Sell memberships to appropriate, perspective clients
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
- Light cleaning (Sweep studio floors as needed with microfiber broom. Vacuum waiting room, reception and lounge floors. Dust cubbies, counters and table surfaces once per week. Take out trash once a week.)
- Complete Instagram engagement tasks on a daily basis when there’s down time.
- Close out cash drawer at end of shift.
- Available for weekend shifts.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word & Outlook)
- Computer skills
- Quick learner
- Knowledge of Momence or Honeybook softwares is a plus but not required
- Handling money
- Reliable transportation

Expected hours: 7 – 12 per week
