SalaryThis is a part time position -
Available days are every other Friday and Saturday - Training can be done during the week or every weekend until trained and comfortable. I am urgently looking to fill this position, so getting sufficient training time in is very important.
The hours are 10pm-6am (could be 7-8am if interested in more) Extra training hours available on different shifts as well so you are able to learn different things.
Job duties:
- Perform night audit duties including checking guests in and out, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions, including cash and credit card transactions
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, making and editing reservations, and assisting with special requests
- Operate phone system and handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Ensure that the lobby, front desk, and other common areas are clean and maintained
-Assit with breakfast preparation.
Skills:
- Dependability- We have a strict attendance policy. Requests off are usually no problem in advance but you are expected to show up for your scheduled shifts and be on time.
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and guest information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping
