SalaryThe Township of Pine-Community Center presently has an opportunity for a part-time Front Desk staff position for guest and membership services.
No Seasonal opportunities for this position are currently available.
Candidates must be able to work Weekends: 8:00am to 4:00pm; opportunity for additional hours may be available.
Position Requirements:
- Responsible to provide exceptional guest and membership services to all patrons
- Register members, guests, and potential members for recreational activities/programs
- Process new and renewal membership applications, collect and record applicable fees
- Discuss and be knowledgeable of details pertaining to scheduled events, classes, and daily programs
- Ability to operate a variety of office equipment including copier, fax, computer, multi-line phone system, and credit card processor
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office 365 products
- Ability to multi-task with interruptions in an environment with a moderate noise level
- Ability to lift 15 pounds

- ACT 33 - PA Child Abuse Clearance
- ACT 34 -PA State Police Criminal Background Clearance
- Federal Bureau of Investigations Criminal Background - Fingerprinting
- PA Keep Kids Safe - Mandated Reporter Training
