Part-Time Executive Director, 85 Hope Medical Clinic

85 HOPE Free Medical Clinic of Wabash County, Indiana, is seeking a part-time Executive Director to oversee operations at their Wabash and Manchester clinics.

Hours: 20-25 hours/week (14-15 hours/week on site Tuesdays/Thursdays at the Wabash clinic, 6-10 hours/week working remotely)

Requirements:

·        Minimum of Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

·        RN or LPN preferred. Other medical licensures/certifications would be considered.

·        Minimum 2 years’ experience in a medical office or other healthcare setting.

Compensation: Hourly pay based upon licensure, education, and experience.

Benefits: 3 weeks PTO/year. Health insurance not provided.

The successful candidate will be an experienced health professional of Christian faith who has a heart of compassion and mercy for people in Wabash County who are struggling with income, health insurance, and other issues related to the challenges of health and poverty. Competence and skills in computer/internet/cell phone usage required. Must be able to multitask, work independently, and make decisions. Must have the ability to lead, delegate, manage volunteer staff, and oversee various medical needs of clients. Will be expected to collaborate with assistant director, board members, grant-writer, donors, and other local organizations.
