Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the profit/loss accountability based on approved budgets.
- Oversee the operations for scheduling projects, achieving budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Oversee the Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC installation and service departments.
- Develop new projects and conduct strategic planning for business initiatives, from inception to implementation.
- Lead the review and evaluation of bids and other technical aspects of projects.
- Review, assess and evaluate execution of the project to ensure that projects are completed as per target, timely, efficient, and quality-compliant.
- Prepare and maintain project-related reports and documentation on a timely basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 10 years' experience in construction leadership roles with successively increasing responsibilities.
- HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience required.
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel applications.
