Director Of Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the profit/loss accountability based on approved budgets.
• Oversee the operations for scheduling projects, achieving budgets, and meeting deadlines.
• Oversee the Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC installation and service departments.
• Develop new projects and conduct strategic planning for business initiatives, from inception to implementation.
• Lead the review and evaluation of bids and other technical aspects of projects.
• Review, assess and evaluate execution of the project to ensure that projects are completed as per target, timely, efficient, and quality-compliant.
• Prepare and maintain project-related reports and documentation on a timely basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years' experience in construction leadership roles with successively increasing responsibilities.
• HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience required.
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel applications.
