Tecogen, Inc., a leading provider of clean energy products, is seeking a highly organized Part-Time Executive Assistant to support our Lead Director. The position will accommodate remote work although occasional in the office work may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Lead Director's schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments
- Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of the Lead Director
- Assist in obtaining stock prices, news articles and information from the internet
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Flexible schedule, ideally 5 days a week with two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon
