Executive Assistant (9am- 1pm)

Marlborough, MA

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This Executive Assistant must have the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring that all Executive Assistant duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality, and promptly. The candidate must rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken

• Excellent communication skills via email, IM, and telephone
• High level of professionalism
• Positive and friendly disposition

Responsibilities:

• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Book travel arrangements
• Expense reports
• Research and creates presentations
• Generate reports
• Handle multiple projects
• Proven admin or assistant experience
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Job Type: Part-time
