```Duties```
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
- Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and setup
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and functionality
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a technical support role preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in Spanish
- Experience in retail sales or jewelry sales is a bonus
- Familiarity with stock management systems is beneficial
