As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center, you’ll use your service and sales expertise to ensure every moment is a chance to make someone’s day better. What we need:
- Shifts: Mon - Fri (8:00AM - 2:00PM) and/or (2:00PM - 8:30PM), Saturday 8:30AM - 5:00PM / 10:00AM - 6:30PM, Sunday 10:00:AM to 6:30PM.
- Sunday availability required.
- Night shift availability required.
- Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved
- Attention to detail to manage the flow of guests in and out of the center
- A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills
- Prioritization of guest service and satisfaction
- Compliance with all state, county, and federal sanitation and health guidelines
- Enthusiasm, drive, and reliability
