Part Time Customer Logistics Coordinator

We are a family owned ecommerce that process roughly 60/100 orders a month depending on the season. We are looking for a person who is able to pack, lable and ship them. Other than the bare logistic work there is a collateral basic customer support and suppliers relationship. Our ecommerce sells firearms parts and components, iif you do not like the industry please don't apply for this job.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management;
• Oversee the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction (email and text phone);
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain processes;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customers.
• Product listing updating and optimization
• Utilize systems and software to track shipments, analyze data, and generate reports.

Requirements:

• Firearms enthusiast. If you consider yourself an expert even better, but is not a requirement.
• Basic but solid computer skills: you can use efficiently emails, you can use basic logistic sofware, you can use basic graphic software like Canva.com etc.;
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping, receiving, and warehouse management processes;
• Aility to communicate with the suppliers to reorder items are low ini stock
• We mainly speak english. We also need spanish cause we work in Miami. Fluent Italian is a big plus;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment (when we are high season volume are higher and we need to go faster);

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
