Cold Link Logistics Auburndale is hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
Customer Service Representative skills & proficiencies:
The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Customer Service Representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that. Problem-solving also comes naturally. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. This position requires expertise in all aspects of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Customer Service Representatives must be able to work closely with customers and the warehouse manager.
CSR’s duties include the following: invoicing, product releases, the preparation of bills of lading, handling of standard quotations, inventories, emails, customer relations by phone, emails, and in person, and data entry. CSR’s report to the Customer Service Manager.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Be a TEAM player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Organization skills and ability to multitask
- Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Acellos/Korber (WMS) a plus.
- Handle printing, faxing, mail/overnight packages, copying, filing, and email/messages.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Basic Accounting Skills/Inventory
- The Ability to keep and maintain a filing system
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Work Schedule: Shift hours are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday, some weekends and some overtime may be required.

PTO & Sick Leave: After 90 days prorated 10 days of PTO and 5 days of Sick Leave, after first full year get 1 additional day per year. Ability to roll over up to 5 days total to next year.
