Part-Time Concierge
Whitecap Management is hiring for a Part-Time Concierge position in Minneapolis. We are seeking a friendly Concierge Professional with Whitecap Management, a division of Doran, to join our team. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional customer service, confident and welcoming personality, enjoy networking with clients and be equipped with excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Whitecap Management offers competitive salary and benefits.

SALARY RANGE is dependent on education, experience, and background.

WORK SCHEDULE: Weekends Only. Hours: Friday’s- 3pm-7pm, 4pm-8pm, or 5pm-9pm. Saturday’s- 10:00am-6:00pm, and Sunday’s- Noon-4pm or 1:00pm-5:00pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests at the front desk and answer any questions.
• Prepare and display beverages and snacks in the lobby.
• Service coffee machine.
• Ensure all amenity areas are clean and neat.
• Monitor pool deck to enforce rules and guidelines.
• Provide reception and concierge services.
• Answer phones.
• Prepare tenant correspondence.
• Tenant package services.
• Unit walk-throughs at move-in/move-out.
• Assist with event planning.
• Conduct market surveys.
• Make keys as instructed.
• Receive work orders.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including the company grooming standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required QUALIFICATIONS

• Loves meeting new people.
• Has high standards of customer service.
• Demonstrates solid organizational skills and communication.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Follows through on commitments.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to act independently and make decisions.
• Flexibility for evening and weekend hours.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable source of transportation.
• High school diploma required.

DESIREDQUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with hospitality/tenant services/property management preferred.
