Our Concierge Staff support Harvard Maintenance in our goal of providing best in class customer services. Concierge Staff are responsible for providing professional customer-focused services for the people and supports the Community Manager.
As a Concierge at the Wells Fargo Center, you will be the first point of contact for many visitors and tenants of the building. You will be a positive representative of the building and can assist all types of people who enter the building daily. You will be a part of creating a welcoming experience.

Supports the Community Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greets every person and situation in a positive, calm, and helpful manner.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Provide information and directions around building.
- Own visitor management process (i.e., check in guests, elevator escort, questions, etc.).
- Work closely with Security and Cleaning team with tenant needs as they arise.
- Build rapport with key tenant contacts responsible for visitor management.
- Ability to call tenants in a professional manner as needed.
- Answer phone calls as needed and direct accordingly.
- Use a radio to communicate with team as needed.
- Anticipate services required by ascertaining mood and style of guests; identifying options before being asked.
- Act as a team member with all employees of the Wells Fargo Center staff.
- Develop successful relationship with tenant reception desk staff
- Flexible with duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- One to two years of experience in the Hospitality Industry.
- Computer skills with Word and Excel programs.
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills. Ability to converse with all levels of tenants, vendors and colleagues.
- Knowledge of Downtown Minneapolis and/or willingness to learn more.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be dependable, customer focused, and interpersonal savvy.
- Ability to operate personal computer or tablet to navigate the Building calendar and Visitor Management App.
- Ability to talk/answer telephone and radio.
- Ability to meet highest attendance and punctuality requirements.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Indoors - 75%
