SalaryWalker Methodist Highview Hills seeks a full-time Concierge/Receptionist to manage the main front desk and interact with clients and customers via phone and in person.
Competitive wage depending on experience.
Available shifts:
- Part-time, every other weekend
- 7:00am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 9:00pm
Minimum Qualifications:
- High level of professionalism and personal standard of a positive attitude, behavior and appearance
- Communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service with the ability to speak clearly and distinctly
- Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to embrace our values of respect, imagination and collaboration
- Prioritize, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- Deal with emergencies calmly and effectively
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a receptionist/customer service-related position and basic computer skills
