Job description

Overview

To ensure the best possible service to all guests utilizing the Executive lounge amenities.  

 

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Act as host/hostess to guests residing on the Executive Level Floors.

• Providing exceptional customer service to where guests feel appreciated and at home. 

• Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup. 

• Speak with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and to respond to complaints. 

• Inform patrons of establishment specialties and features. 

• Prepare and serve hot, cold, and mixed drinks for guests

• Work with Kitchen staff to ensure buffet supply and quality is maintained.

• Prepare guest plates as requested and serve them accordingly

• Leave the kitchen clean and tidy for the next shift. 

• Greet customers, guests, visitors, or passengers

• Making Decisions and Solving Problems 

• Communicating with Supervisors, Peers or Persons Outside Organization 

• Performing for or Working Directly with the Public 

• Provide customer service as adequately and quickly as possible.

• Understand government health, hotel or food service regulations 

• Understand government alcoholic beverage service regulations 

• Resolve customer complaints

• Assist guests with dinner reservations, transportation, theater information, etc.

 

Qualifications

• Previous Customer and Personal Service 

• Professional in demeanor and appearance

• Working knowledge of the English language

• Excellent oral communication skills

• Team oriented

• Respectful of Guest confidentiality

• Ability to anticipate guest needs

• Must be able to work independently

• Must be flexible with scheduling

Hours necessary to perform at the required level are typically with varying days and shifts Monday – Sunday.
