Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development. Our nationally recognized program offers a high-energy, fun, age-appropriate introduction to the wonderful game of soccer. Soccer Shots blends soccer, education, and fun into high-energy 30- 45-minute sessions for kids ages 2-8 throughout the Queens area. You'll meet awesome educators. You'll laugh. You'll break a sweat.   • $25 hour (soccer coaching days)
• Commission based on performance (the sky is the limit!)

REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal instructor MUST meet the following criteria:

• Motivated self-starter with self-leadership and drive.
• Excellent time management, organization, and customer service skills.
• Prior soccer experience is not required. We only require the passion for positively impacting children's lives through the love of sports and fitness.
• We are looking for people who can bring FUN and positive energy to represent Soccer Shots at all times.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• High comfort level making cold calls and outreach.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Eligible to work in the U.S
• Successful passing of background check
• Reliable transportation
• Animated and energetic personality; ability to engage children and be silly.
• Ability to coach indoors or outdoors (weather permitting) and in environments with various noise levels and elements.
• Collaborative, pro-active, and dedicated attitude.
• Minimum of 3+ years sales experience
• Knowledge of early learning industry a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

THE JOB
Sales Responsibilities

• Research potential partners (inclusive of daycares, schools, community groups, children's groups or businesses)
• Utilize the CRM system to maintain leads, manage relationships, and track and centralize all communication.
• Prospect and close new sales leads for the organization through an outbound sales effort including cold-calling, relationship selling, and in-person presentations.
• Able to Build and Foster relationships.
• Plan, schedule, and execute sales blitz days by organization standards.
  • Biweekly sales blitz expected (Travel is required)
  • Follow-up communication within 24 hours from the initial visit
  • Visit 8-10 schools per sales blitz day
• Coordinate free demo sessions with potential accounts.
  • Inclusive of communication with the school, promotional materials, dates, locations, staffing requests, and waivers.
• Draft partnership agreements in accordance with final negotiation
• Maintain relationships with school accounts through ongoing and proactive communication, check-in points, visits, and surprise acts of kindness.
  • Visit each daycare location at least one time per season.
  • Deliver seasonal gifts.
  • send personalized greetings to POCs.
• Document efforts in the account log system
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors' insights.
• Represent Soccer Shots at the highest standards.
• Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Coaching Responsibilities:We believe that no matter your role in the organization, it is important for all staff to be grounded in our service. Coaching is a part of what we all do to be committed, engaged, and involved with our community.

• Safely lead and manage classes of up to 12 children (ages range from 2-8)
• Study and teach the week's curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
• Engage all children at an individual level.
• Arrive at least 15-min before start time at your locations.
• Provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families.
• Maintain and care for the assigned coaching equipment.
• Manage your assigned class rosters.
• Provide post-session feedback.
• Communicate with management promptly.
• Participate and complete the required training.
• Have fun while making a positive impact.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.
Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.
Soccer Shots coaches are equipped with

1. Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
2. Curriculum - Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
3. Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We're a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
4. Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It's why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
5. Opportunities to provide feedback - We value the feedback of our dedicated team and want to know how to make our program better for the families we serve, and our coaches.
