Raven Ridge is hiring a Part-time Bookkeeper to work on a part-time basis in Merrimack, NH. In this position, you’ll be responsible for providing general office support, accounts payable and cash applications.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software
- Process Accounts Payable to include timely processing & payment of all invoices
- Perform Accounts Receivable and apply funds to correct account via check, ach etc…
- Bank statement reconciliation
- Maintain an accurate and organized file system
- Perform other accounting duties as requested by Controller
Position structure:
- Ability to work on-site in Merrimack, NH
- 20 hours/week of availability during business hours
- $25-$30/hour, depending on experience
