```Job Overview```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's financial records and transactions. This is a key role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
```Responsibilities```
- Responsible for Full Charge bookkeeping including General Ledger through computerized financials, Journal Entries, A/P, A/R, payroll to outside processor and 1099'2
- Preparation of in-house financials for review with owners, bank and CPA
- Complete year end books for CPA to prepare income tax returns
- Calculate collection percentages for Doctor's payroll
- Prepare spreadsheets for production and collection analysis
- Cash and checkbook management
- Bank account reconciliation
- Responsible for 401K administration
- Responsible for administrative functions including installation and set up of accounting software programs, office procedures, health, disability, business and personal insurance policies and purchasing of office equipment
```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Excellent understanding of financial concepts and ability to apply them effectively
- Experience with account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation
- Familiarity with payroll processing
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
