We’re a small company with less than 20 employees, dedicated to brewing good beer and hosting great times for locals and tourists in the area.

General Job Description

This position is a 9AM – 5PM full-time position for someone who is proficient with word, excel, and preferably Quick Books and Square. This position is somewhat a mixture of Bookkeeper/Accountant/and payroll processing. As a small business, there are always things here and there that everyone jumps in to help with as they come up. This position involves a decent amount of data entry and tracking of inventory and reporting for the brewery as a whole.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inventory tracking
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Data entry – daily sales, balance sheets, income statement, sales orders, sign out sheets, etc.
• Making bank deposits when needed
• Bank monthly reconciliation
• Payroll – processing timecards & tips for payroll, making new timecards for hourly employees, entering 401K info, etc.
• Brewery operation reports – month end financial reports, sales reports, state, and federal reports, etc.
• Managing inventory on Square and the website
• Help with canning when needed.
• Update shareholders report yearly.
• Gather data for audits each year.
• Build and fulfill curbside orders when taproom is closed.
• Add new items into POS system and Quick Books

Qualifications

• Proficient with Word and Excel
• Experience with Quick Books preferred.
• Experience with Square a plus
• Previous experience in accounting or finance a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
