We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper Extraordinaire to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. If you have a strong background in bookkeeping and are proficient Quickbooks Online and in various accounting tasks, we encourage you to apply.

```Responsibilities```

- Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining balance sheets

- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support effective financial planning

- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors and take appropriate corrective actions

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate recording of financial data and resolve any accounting-related issues

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines

```Requirements```

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role

- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles and practices

- Proficient in using Quickbooks Online and Google applications and Microsoft Excel

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis

- Familiarity with corporate accounting procedures and government regulations

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in financial data
