Another Source is seeking a temporary part-time Recruiting Assistant to support a high volume, fast-paced team with job posting distribution and outreach efforts. The position is fully remote. You will work directly alongside another Recruiting Assistant! This is a 6-month commitment from June-December--the perfect role for a college student!
We are looking for the position to be filled ASAP. You will have the opportunity to work 10-15 hours/week, planning for approximately 2 hours/day. The schedule is flexible but the majority of the work time needs to be during the business hours of 2pm and 6pm. Candidates must have residency in the Pacific time zone (Washington, Oregon, or California).
This is a great opportunity to learn what goes into attracting and building a candidate pool within the recruitment function and to gain exposure and experience in the recruiting arena. The position involves a variety of administrative tasks to support the recruitment life cycle, predominantly focused on executing a job posting distribution strategy which includes posting jobs on various job boards.
Expected Hiring Timeline:
- Interviews conducted: 5/15-5/26
- Official Start Date: 6/2/23
- Training: 6/5-6/13
- End date: 12/29/23

About You:
- You are likely pursuing a bachelor's degree with an emphasis/interest in Human Resources (Freshman and Sophomores are highly encouraged to apply!)
- You have the ability to work during business hours (Monday – Friday, 2 pm-6 pm)
- You can bring previous administrative experience to the role
- You take pride in your detail orientation and your organizational skills
- You are proficient with the MS Office Suite and feel confident learning new systems quickly
- You are a proactive self-starter with the ability to drive projects through to completion, while accepting direction along the way as needed
- You're a credible, engaging, and an inquisitive communicator
- You are a natural-born problem solver and are known for being proactive
- You understand the importance of professionalism and demonstrate these skills in your communication, attitude, and work
