POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsibilities include coordinating service, deliveries, and incoming customers while delivering exceptional customer service; scheduling; customer account management; answering calls and fielding them accordingly; oftentimes performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
POSITION DUTIES:
- Answer phone calls
- Greet and interact with customers and prospective clients
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Manage emails, billing, collections, filing
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Actively support a positive team environment that is conducive to the efficient and effective serving of our customers
- Know and follow company policies and procedures; identify need for and suggest change when appropriate
- Other duties as needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication skills
- Pass background check
- Pass drug screening
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive attitude
- Professional presentation
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
