Are you an experienced Admin professional searching for a new opportunity?
We are a construction company who is searching for an experienced temporary part time admin to add to our team! The ideal candidate will come with great computer skills and great customer service skills.
This is a temporary admin position that would last for about six months, but it can turn into a permanent part time position.
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Supporting branch director with expenses etc.
- Managing calendars
- Ordering supplies, mail runs, and answering phone calls
- Communicate with payroll on timekeeping for employees
- Coordinating service calls for the office (preventive maintenance)
- Setting up conference room and taking meeting minutes
- Communicating with temp agencies regarding employees
- Writing memos and sending emails
- Weekly (Mondays) orientation
