We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our office operations and ensure the smooth running of daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records and files
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
