Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Receivable and Payable Clerk

Hours: 10-15 hours per week, 3-4 days per week (flexible)

Salary: $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Accounts Receivable and Payable Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of Accounts Receivable and Payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Process Accounts Receivable and Payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Generate and send out invoices to customers
• Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up as needed
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare reports on accounts payable and receivable status
• Assist with other accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and/or accounts payable
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
