We are currently searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable Representative and Client Liaison. This position will be a full-time office position with the ability to work flexible hours as needed. Must be detail oriented and able to stay on task independently. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills are a must. Responsible for reviewing work orders, invoicing, collections, and system reconciliations. Direct interaction with both customers and field crews.
Duties:
- Accounts receivables
- Maintain customer relationships
- Process management reports
- Data entry in various software
- Interact with office staff to meet team goals
- Ensure tasks are completed timely
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 3 years accounting or similar experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Professional and positive attitude
- Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in an open office environment
- Bilingual a plus
- Experience with production construction a plus
