GENERAL INFORMATION: This is a part time, as needed position in an Employee Childcare Program in the Kettering Schools. Hours per week will be up to 29.5, and can be either morning or afternoon. Early childhood education, training and experience is preferred.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES, Partial List:
1. To provide supervision for students.
2. To keep accurate records.
3. To work collaboratively with other staff members.
4. To adapt to flexible situations.
QUALIFICATIONS, Partial List:
1. 1. Must be Highly Qualified - Possess a 2-year AssociatesDegree or 2 years of
- college credits (48 semester or 72 quarter hrs.) OR passage of state
- paraprofessional standards exam (PARAPRO Test).2. Valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit.3. Must pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screening.4. Collaborative and problem-solving skills.
- Starting pay is 14.39 per hour
