```Duties```
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of legal case preparation and management
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Assist with document review and analysis
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and appointments for attorneys
- Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and court personnel
- Prepare and file legal documents with the appropriate courts or agencies
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures
- Proficient in data entry and project management software
- Experience with legal drafting and document preparation
- Ability to conduct legal research using online databases and resources
- Familiarity with iManage or similar document management systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
-Fluency in Russian Language is preferred, but not required
Note: Prior experience as a paralegal assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
