- Prepare entity formation documents for corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships
- Manage government filings with federal and state agencies
- Manage capitalization and financing summaries
- Conduct and summarize legal and compliance due diligence
- Manage billing
- Office calendar management
- Office mail management
- Copying and printing
- Expense tracking and firm invoice management
- Attorney support on transactional matters
- Research tasks as assigned
- Management of legal compliance tasks, including filing Annual Reports and management of relationship with registered agent

5 years+ experience preferred but not required.
