SalaryWe are a growing law firm in need of a reliable and proactive litigation paralegal.
The paralegal will work directly with our two attorneys and our four existing paralegals to prepare for upcoming cases, hearings, motions and conferences. In addition, the paralegal will have regular communication with medical offices, clients, law firms, and court staff. Our caseload is growing and the ideal candidate for this position is organized, professional, responsible, and committed to helping us meet all of our clients’ needs in a efficient fashion.
Experience is required in:
-Drafting Pleadings (Bills of Particulars, Responses to Discovery Demands);
-Obtaining medical records and medical records/specials packages to send out to insurance companies.
-Personal Injury Law.
Salary to be discussed at or before interview.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
