Job Summary:
What you'll Do:
- Ensure budgets, optimizations, and performance are executed and aligned with client goals
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
- Build campaigns, keywords, ads, etc
- Produce insights, reports, and commentary for clients
- Ensure agency processes, best practices, and tech automation are implemented across your clients’ accounts
- Support the team with QA checking campaign builds and account changes
- Communicate performance opportunities & issues with the team while providing ideas for solutions
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
What You'll Need- Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience launching, managing, and reporting on Google Ads pay-per-click campaigns either for internal or agency clients
- Experience with Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms is preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Able to take direction and then work independently, utilizing paid search/social skills to identify optimization opportunities
- Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with project management systems is required; experience with Teamwork is strongly preferred
- Proven relationship-building skills and communication experience
- Experience working remotely in similar roles is strongly preferred
