We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting various IT infrastructure systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolution
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Assist with network administration tasks, including configuring routers and switches
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Document technical procedures and create user guides
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and software applications
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as servers, switches, and routers
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
