Front Desk & Customer Service Specialist

Front Desk responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls or emails from clients
- Answer questions and direct customer to the appropriate team member
- Learning and maintaining knowledge about company products or services
- Accepting payment from customers that are picking up completed projects
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
- Work autonomously and independently
Customer Service Specialist responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide pricing of promotional products for clients
- Complete promotional product orders for clients
- Inform customers or clients know about additional products or services
- Escalating queries and concerns
- Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
Experience:
- Customer service, 3 years (Required)
- Knowledge of Promotional Products (Preferred)
- Must be organized and enjoy assisting customers
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize customer needs
