The Overnight Maintenance Colleague is responsible for the oversight of the building maintenance and safety & security of the hotel guests and employees. This person will respond to general guest service requests, complete general guestroom and building repair, follow safety and security standards, complete incident reports as required, conduct building safety walk-throughs, and other tasks as requested by the Director of Engineering.
Must have open timely communications with the Front Office and Engineering teams. Proper training will be provided to learn these responsibilities as well as becoming CPR, AED, and First Aid certified. This position reports to the Overnight Front Office Supervisor and Director of Engineering.
Shifts are 11pm-7:30am on a part time basis. The pay rate is $20-25 per hour plus a $0.50 differential pay for working between the hours of 11pm-7am.

Qualifications
