Essential Duties
- Visit accounts according to Service Level Agreements in an effort to improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct inspections of accounts to ensure services are up to standards.
- Promote Extra Billing services to clients as a means of additional revenue.
- Address issues and concerns with customers to work toward a resolution.
- Direct and coordinate activities, manage resources, deliver time sensitive services and procure supplies at customer accounts.
- Hire and manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties.
- Appraise the performance of subordinates and complete employee evaluations.
- Perform on-site training on proper cleaning and safety techniques.
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory logs and maintenance records.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Thorough knowledge of supervisory principles and practices.
- Skill in public relations when dealing with customers, officials, employees, major vendors and the general public.
- Ability to supervise, plan, direct and coordinate the work of employees in the implementation of internal controls and CBM policies and procedures.
- Adept at identifying problem areas, analyzing and recommending solutions regarding the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
- Ability to represent CBM and to accurately communicate its policies and practices.
- Strong communication skills to clearly and concisely convey information, both verbally and in writing, to individuals and to groups.
- Ability to plan, organize and supervise, through various levels of subordinates, the work of CBM employees in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale.
- Capable of working effectively with little direct supervision and with extensive latitude for the use of independent judgment subject to review by senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Five (5) years of progressive growth and responsibility in management with a minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory capacity.
- Valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift supplies and equipment, generally under 30 pounds.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
