Primary Responsibilities:
- Good communication and building a relationship with the customer to address needs
- Supervise and manage staff and address all client needs in an accurate and timely manner.
- Recruiting, hiring and training staff
- Ability to train and communicate effectively in English and Spanish is required
- And other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements for the Position:
- Minimum of 3 years of Supervisory experience required
- Must have excellent communications skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must pass criminal background check, drug screen and other pre-employment requirements as needed
- Physical requirements include but not limited to, actively walking
