American Bolt Corporation is looking for a Outside Sales Representative for the Greater New Berlin, Wisconsin market, to join our team. The territory for this position spans around the New Berlin area - east from West Allis over to the lake, north to Mequon, west to Menomonee Falls, back south to New Berlin. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; or equivalent combination of required education, training, and experience
- 3+ years of experience in industrial sales, manufacturing sales, or construction sales
- Demonstrated competence in solution selling and business development
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time Outside Sales position is expected to be active in customer account locations and available for customer needs. This sales position is a remote (home office) position, but the person is expected to live within a reasonable, commutable distance to New Berlin. Travel is expected within the territory and to the New Berlin office as needed for company meetings and training. Training will be in the New Berlin office and in the field.
AS AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL
- Identify and strategically develop new accounts in the New Berlin territory (as described above).
- Identify growth in existing accounts within the New Berlin territory.
- Self-generated business as well as working with customer-provided leads to continually develop the territory.
- Some account management work with existing accounts in the territory.
- Establish relationships within C-suite level of customers.
- Identify customer needs through a deep understanding of their business.
- Have strong computer skills, including CRM, to manage sales through defined processes.
- Clearly communicate value proposition, and develop and close opportunities proactively using sales skills.
- Actively manage territory with good time management and continual follow-up.

This Outside Sales representative position offers a total compensation package of competitive base salary with a quarterly sales bonus opportunity based on profit plan achievement. This position would have the potential to earn $65,000-$95,000+ per year depending on performance. American Bolt also offers a profit sharing bonus opportunity to all employees!
