Milton Area Youth Center is Hiring!

Development Coordinator ($16/20 hrs. week - hybrid role w/minimum of 10 hours per week on-site during operating hours

Not only will you become part of a fun workplace to work in, but you will also make a difference in Milton Youth's lives. You will perform administrative duties related to fundraising, marketing, grant solicitation, and public relations and will gain first-hand experience in strategic planning to the capacity of a growing organization:

• Develop and execute fundraising campaigns
• Network with potential donors
• Solicit current donors for increased contributions
• Deliver reports on fundraising activities and progress
• Create, maintain, and grow grant database
• Write compelling requests to solicit grant funds
• Track received grant monies and uses for reports to send to grantors
• Develop marketing campaign
• Attend networking events and trade shows to increase brand awareness and funding.

This part-time position is excellent for those in school for education, marketing, or individuals not looking for a standard 40-hour week position. This position required individuals to pass a routine background check to allow them to work with youth.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• After school
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

• Up to 25% travel
