Outside Sales Representative (entry level)

Our Outside Sales Representatives work to find and assist new clients for FNA Advisors by visiting with perspective clients in our Cincinnati/Norther KY office or at a location convenient for both parties. Our primary goal is to help our clients obtain the best plan possible to lower their debt load and prepare for retirement.

We are able to utilize our system to showcase a plan that will best meet the clients financial needs and sell products through our partner companies to meet those needs we are able to identify. Our consultative approach allows us to build relationships with people and to then lean on industry experts to build out the best plan and package for each client.

What can you expect as an Outside Sales Representative:

This opportunity is a 1099, independent contractor role. This means you will be paid based on each partnership that you form and are able to sell and that we are able to connected with one of our partners. All payment is based on commission as there is no base salary or hourly pay for this position but you can build a strong residual base for long term passive income. We like to make sure that is very upfront as we know this type of roll is not for everyone.

Duties:

• since this is a 1099 role, you will have control over your schedule to work around college course load, family obligations, or another job schedule because you'll decide your hours and be able to build your career around your life!
• We are Kentucky based but you will be able to help clients wherever you choose place your focus.
• We have training that is required twice per week and personal coaching to help ensure success.
• We will guide you through lead generation activities that will help to ensure success.
• This is a commission based position that does not offer a base wage, but there is a very lucrative commission program and we have lucrative bonuses and a residual base that will grow quickly.
• We offer training that is fully reimbursed for any licenses obtained that may be needed for additional income opportunities with our insurance & securities investment partners.
