Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Outside Sales Coordinator to join our team. As the Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. This is a full time position.
Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to Outside Sales Representatives
· Handle incoming calls, faxes, and emails
· Order, track and schedule deliveries for Outside sales accounts
· Update and distribute price lists
Experience:
· Previous experience in administrative role preferred
· Strong customer service skills
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
· Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel experience preferred
