Position:Outside Sales/Business Development
Location: Indian Trail, NC (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Perform Virtual and On-site survey
- Enter Clients in Smart Moving
- Prospect and identify new potential clients through various means such as networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present our products/services effectively.
- Create tailored solutions and proposals that address client challenges and objectives.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals while maintaining a win-win approach.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project handoff and exceptional customer service.
- Regularly update and manage client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Compensation:
- 6-10% commission depending on lead generation.
- If the candidate generated the lead the Commission is 10%
- Commission statements are Bi-Weekly
Qualifications:
- MUST have at least 2 years Sales experience in Moving The Industry
- Proven track record in Outside Sales, exceeding targets and quotas.
- Commercial Moving Sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficient in using Smart Moving CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
