Position:Outside Sales/Business Development
Location: Indian Trail, NC (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Perform Virtual and On-site survey
• Enter Clients in Smart Moving
• Prospect and identify new potential clients through various means such as networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present our products/services effectively.
• Create tailored solutions and proposals that address client challenges and objectives.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals while maintaining a win-win approach.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project handoff and exceptional customer service.
• Regularly update and manage client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Compensation:

• 6-10% commission depending on lead generation.
• If the candidate generated the lead the Commission is 10%
• Commission statements are Bi-Weekly

Qualifications:

• MUST have at least 2 years Sales experience in Moving The Industry
• Proven track record in Outside Sales, exceeding targets and quotas.
• Commercial Moving Sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
• Proficient in using Smart Moving CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
