We are seeking a Full Time Outreach Coordinator for our Galloway location. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and innovative community outreach plan targeting individual, private, corporate, hospital, and other organizations
- Develop relationships with acute care/psychiatric/residential facilities
- Transport consumers to/from move-ins, day visits, tours, and other appointments pertinent to prospective consumers.
- Travel to events, hospitals, homes, and other locations as deemed necessary for increasing census - including presentations, trade shows, health fairs, etc.
- Create/maintain brochures, social media presence, web-based recruitment sites, and other marketing items (giveaways, branded stationary, etc.)
- Interview prospective consumers and make appropriate referrals for intake
- Assist all company programs in growing enrollment
Skills:
- Possess excellent time management, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Be able to schedule and maintain appointments, remain flexible with changing timetables, and follow up appropriately with providers
- Be dependable and have the ability to maintain own schedule, while finishing paperwork
- Have empathy and respect for all consumers and their families/caretakers, as well as maintenance of good rapport with outside agencies
- Be able to maintain strict confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in a behavioral health field
- Must possess Valid Driver's License in good standing and with a clean driving record
- Two plus years of business/development experience, Marketing experience highly desirable
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding performance goals
- Must have documented successful partnership cultivation experience and a keen understanding of income development, enrollment and engagement, and behavioral health knowledge
