Outpatient Clinic Manager - Providers
Pacific NW
Join a growing community hospital as the Outpatient Clinic Manager, overseeing a network of medical clinics dedicated to expanding access to quality care. The Manager will have oversight of the provider’s activities and those of the clinic, developing clinical programming to achieve quality care for patients and their families. Administrative oversight and supervision of all clinical staff to enhance the quality of care to clinics’ customers. Develops, implements, and manages annual budgets. This position reports to the Director of the Medical Group.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field, required.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Clinical Services, Physician Practices, Outpatient services, Family Health Services or Urgent Care,
- Previous experience working in Rural Health clinics, strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Cerner EMR, preferred.
- Knowledge of Clinical office procedures, CPT codes, and filing systems
