Job Overview:
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning. Your role will involve office management, team management, vendor management, financial, coordinating, front desk duties, calendar management, schedule management, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations
- Supervise and support administrative staff
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Serve as the main point of contact for team members
-Act as the liaison between team members and Doctors
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial principles
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
