We are seeking an Organizational Development Consultant to join our team, supporting the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in enhancing staffing models and functional assessments. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing tasks related to data analysis, process improvement, and operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data to support the development and refinement of staffing models.
- Conduct functional assessments to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities.
- Develop and present reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support the implementation of recommended solutions and monitor their effectiveness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and apply them to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in organizational analysis/strategy consulting or a related field, preferably in healthcare or government settings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of VHA operations and challenges is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
